EPM's Construction and Project Management unit undertakes complete management of all new construction, conversion and refurbishment activities in the interests of and in close consultation with the owner. Our highly qualified construction and project managers contribute their wide experience throughout all tasks and phases of the project.

Taking stock and developing a clear plan. The concept phase involves the coordination of project goals and general conditions in conjunction with a risk analysis and professional assessment of the prospects for the planned construction project. As a next step, we organise surveys or architectural competitions and prepare valuations, action plans and investment calculations.

Binding cost agreements and universal quality management. In the realisation phase we undertake project management and control in all technical and commercial respects and the coordination and control of all project participants and building activities. We guarantee the success of the project through binding cost agreements, realistic scheduling and universal quality control to the highest standards. We will examine and follow up any warranty claims, even during the usage phase.

To make things simple: One face to the customer. Throughout the execution phase we look for maximum transparency, simplified processes and cost-efficiency, in line with our 'Simplifying' principle. During the entire project the client deals with a single, responsible contact person. We call this 'One face to the customer'.
