- Aydin Karaduman studied industrial engineering at the University of Karlsruhe with a specialisation in corporate planning.
- Upon joining the Metro Group, he worked as a project manager in Corporate Development.
- He then moved to mg technologies ag, where he assumed a wide range of responsibilities as a project manager in Corporate Development and in management positions amongst others at mg Bautechnik GmbH, in the mg engineering segment and as an Assistant to the Chairman of the Board.
- In March 2003, Aydin Karaduman assumed new responsibilities as Managing Director of ThyssenKrupp Dipro GmbH, an EPM Assetis predecessor company.
- On 1 July 2007, he was appointed Chairman of the Management Board.
- Since August 2009, he has also been Managing Director of HSG Zander International GmbH.

- Dirk Herborn is a trained shipping merchant and studied business economics at the Wiesbaden University of Applied Sciences with his main focus being on controlling and economic computer science.
- After having completed his studies and a short period in self-employment, he began his career working in revision and special tasks at Condor Flugdienst GmbH in Frankfurt. In 1998, he changed to process and IT consultancy, working among others at CSC Ploenzke AG in Wiesbaden.
- Dirk Herborn joined Bilfinger Berger Group in 2002, where he took on various executive positions in the field of environmental technology at Passavant Geiger GmbH and Passavant Roediger GmbH, among others. Most recently, he was active as project director in the field of corporate development at Bilfinger Berger Facility Services.
- On the 18th October 2011, Dirk Herborn was appointed to the board of directors at EPM Assetis GmbH.

- Jürgen F. Heublein studied mechanical engineering at the Darmstadt Technical University (TU Darmstadt).
- He subsequently worked for several years for a global components manufacturer, initially as a development engineer and as Executive Assistant, then as Head of Quality Management.
- Jürgen F. Heublein then joined KPMG Consulting, where for many years he provided support both in Germany and abroad for international companies from the most diverse industries, including the construction and real-estate industries. His focus there was primarily on restructuring and process optimisation. In his last position as Senior Manager with KPMG Consulting, he was responsible for Engineering & Construction/Building & Construction.
- At the end of 2002, he became Managing Director of ThyssenKrupp DiPro GmbH, an EPM Assetis predecessor company. Since November 2005, Jürgen F. Heublein has been a Managing Director of EPM Assetis GmbH.
